360° Feedback

What is the 360° Feedback feature?
  1. The 360º feedback helps employees share constructive and actionable feedback to their co-workers.
  2. It empowers them to voice their experiences and suggest improvements.
  3. They can provide feedback to managers and peers to anyone in the organization or anyone in the same team. 

Who can enable the 360° Feedback feature?
Only the EngageWith admins can enable the 360° Feedback feature for your workspace.

Steps to enable 360° Feedback:
  • Sign in to your EngageWith dashboard using your Slack credentials.
  • Navigate to the 360° Feedback page on EngageWith dashboard. 
  • Enable the Toggle for 360° Feedback.


  1. Set your preferences.


You have successfully enabled the 360° Feedback for your workspace succesfully. 

How users can send feedback?
  1. Click Send 360 Feedback on EngageWith's dashboard in Slack



  2. Select the teammate from the dropdown 
  3. Select their strength and improvement areas
  4. Add a message 
  5. Select if you wish to send the feedback anonymously
  6. Click Submit
Your feedback will be sent anonymously to the teammate. Your teammate can respond to the feedback in the thread to gain more perspective. 
Note - When you choose anonymous option, the replies will also be anonymous


How can users request feedback?

Users can also request feedback from their peers, managers, subordinates.
  1. Click Request 360 degree Feedback from the home tab
  2. Select the user to request feedback, fill in details on areas where you'd like feedback
  3. Click Submit
