What is the 360° Feedback feature?
- The 360º feedback helps employees share constructive and actionable feedback to their co-workers.
- It empowers them to voice their experiences and suggest improvements.
- They can provide feedback to managers and peers to anyone in the organization or anyone in the same team.
Who can enable the 360° Feedback feature?
Only the EngageWith admins can enable the 360° Feedback feature for your workspace.
Steps to enable 360° Feedback:
- Sign in to your EngageWith dashboard using your Slack credentials.
- Navigate to the 360° Feedback page on EngageWith dashboard.
- Enable the Toggle for 360° Feedback.
- Set your preferences.
You have successfully enabled the 360° Feedback for your workspace succesfully.
How users can send feedback?
- Click Send 360 Feedback on EngageWith's dashboard in Slack
- Select the teammate from the dropdown
- Select their strength and improvement areas
- Add a message
- Select if you wish to send the feedback anonymously
- Click Submit
Your feedback will be sent anonymously to the teammate. Your teammate can respond to the feedback in the thread to gain more perspective.
Note - When you choose anonymous option, the replies will also be anonymous
How can users request feedback?
Users can also request feedback from their peers, managers, subordinates.
- Click Request 360 degree Feedback from the home tab
- Select the user to request feedback, fill in details on areas where you'd like feedback
- Click Submit
