When an Albus admin adds a source to their dashboard, the source becomes visible to them and all other admins in the Slack workspace.
The access to the added source remains intact, ensuring that only users with the initial access can retrieve it. Albus retrieves the source using Azure OpenAI's API and then trains the source content using OpenAI’s API.
All sources are encrypted in rest and transit, and the production environment of Albus is limited to the CEO, DevOps, and the Tech Lead to enhance the safety of your sources. When a source is added, the content within is never shared with other clients.
