Can I have Customized Recognitions for my Teams workspace?

Yes. Each organization has a unique culture and workforce, and the recognition system should also be unique. That’s why we’ve introduced Customizable Recognition Types. This feature allows you to tailor the recognition types to fit your company’s unique environment, fostering a deep sense of belonging and appreciation among employees.


Currently, we have four default recognition types
1. Kudos - Available for everyone

2. Shoutout - Available for everyone

3. Admin Kudos - Available only for Admins

4. Admin Shoutout - Available only for Admins

Additionally, you can customize the recognition types and even have unique names for each one. 

You can also specify who can send each type of recognition—whether it’s Admins, Managers, or All Users—ensuring that recognitions are versatile, meaningful, and properly assigned. E.g. You can create a recognition type as Manager Kudos or Manager Appreciation which can only be sent by respective managers of the team.

➡️ Enhance configurations: Set up recognition types to be used by specific groups—Admins, Managers, or All Users. Encourage teammates to recognize.

🏆 Recognition without points: You can create recognition types with zero points attached. For instance, send Kudos without any points.
