Can I shift my Trivia subscription from Microsoft Teams to Slack?

We truly appreciate your interest in transitioning your Trivia subscription from Microsoft Teams to Slack.


Unfortunately, we cannot directly switch subscriptions between platforms due to separate billing systems. To proceed, we recommend canceling your Trivia subscription on Microsoft Teams and starting a new one on Slack.

Note: Trivia on Slack billing is based on the number of active users. 

Who is an active user?

A User gets considered Active if they interact with Trivia - submit a Trivia command, send a message to the app, start a game, schedule, participate, engage in a Water Cooler conversation, view the Leaderboard, log in to the Dashboard, etc. The count for the number of Active Users is updated daily. Also, a user will be considered active only once for the entire billing cycle.
