Do EngageWith Points carry over from one month, quarter, or year to the next?

EngageWith administrators can decide whether Points that users are allocated for appreciating others carry forward to the next month, quarter, or year.

The carry-forward configuration can be accessed from the EngageWith Reward Configuration page on the dashboard.


Please note that the points received by users upon being appreciated are always carried forward.
