Any active user in EngageWith can check who the organization's most appreciated folks are and who has sent out the most appreciations, for that particular month or year. This can be tracked under the 'Leaderboard' section of the EngageWith Dashboard. This is essentially your organization's Recognition Leaderboard.

Users can track all the recognitions given out or received by them under the 'My Activities' section of the EngageWith Dashboard.

This section displays the following:

• Date of recognition
• Sender and recipient for recognition
• The message accompanying the recognition
• Company values included (if any) in the appreciation message
• Type of reward - kudos or shoutout
• Points gifted with that recognition
