How do I access and view EngageWith Point conversion rates on Slack?

The EngageWith Admin has access to configure the conversion rates for each point in your workspace. Here are the steps on how you can view the value of a Single EngageWith point:
  • Log in to your EngageWith Dashboard.
  • Click on Rewards.
  • Select Configuration.
    • Click on Manage rewards for countries.
  • You will now be able to see the point conversion rates.

  1. Once you are done setting the point conversion rates, Click on Save. 
Please note that the Point Conversion Rates will be set for a Single Point. As an example from the above image, it says:
  • 1 EngageWith point = 1 INR
  • 1 EngageWith point = 1 GBP
  • 1 EngageWith point = 0.2 USD
