How do I manage the eNPS?
Here the quick notes on managing the eNPS:
- You can not edit the eNPS after launching it
- You can add more questions while creating eNPS.
- When there is no active pulse, the End Pulse CTA will get disabled.
- You can only click on End Pulse if your pulse is Active.
