How do I manage the eNPS?

Here the quick notes on managing the eNPS:
  1. You can not edit the eNPS after launching it
  2. You can add more questions while creating eNPS.
  • When there is no active pulse, the End Pulse CTA will get disabled.

  1. You can only click on End Pulse if your pulse is Active.
