How do I set up a celebration channel for Celebrations?

We recommend creating a separate channel to organize your work and celebrations.
Note: EngageWith does not appear on private channels in your Dashboard during the configuration process.
Once you've established a channel for your celebrations, follow these steps:
  1. Add individuals to the Celebrations channel.
  2. Navigate to your Celebrations configuration on your EngageWith Dashboard.
  3. Turn on the Celebrations:
    1. Birthdays
    2. Work Anniversary

You can choose to exclude specific users from the Birthday & Work Anniversary Celebrations - ideal for keeping your celebrations relevant and tailored to your active workforce.

 Next, you can choose to set up monetary rewards for employee milestones. Employees receive this in their EngageWith account. They can use this to choose a gift for themselves from the catalog.
  • Click Manage Rewards 
  • Configure the gifts from the pop-up.


Last is the notification settings. You can choose the time and channel to send out the notifications.
