How do I set up a celebration channel for Celebrations?

We recommend creating a separate channel to organize your work and celebrations.
Note: EngageWith does not appear on private channels in your Dashboard during the configuration process.
Once you've established a channel for your celebrations, follow these steps:
  1. Add individuals to the Celebrations channel.
  2. Navigate to your Celebrations configuration on your EngageWith Dashboard.
  3. Turn on the Celebrations:
    1. Birthdays
    2. Work Anniversary
  4. Choose the channel for the celebrations.

  • Toggle on the configuration for the celebration gifts.
  • Click Setup birthday and anniversary gift to configure the values for your celebration gifts.
  • Configure the gifts from the pop-up.

  • Configure your channel and notification preference.
