To edit your questions, click on Create Questions.
You can edit the workspace name from the default two questions. Additionally, you can questions by clicking on the Add new question CTA.
Note: You can add additional questions but those will not be considered in the eNPS score, you can, however, analyze the responses.
- Set your Audience preferences.
- Click on Launch.
Improvements are as follows:
- Instant Pulse/eNPS sending: In addition to scheduling, you can now send Pulse/eNPS surveys instantly.
- Stop Pulse/eNPS: Gain more control by stopping current or scheduled Pulse/eNPS surveys as needed.
- Extend deadline: Provide additional time for responses if needed.
- Add new users: Easily add employees to ongoing pulses if they were initially missed.
- Save drafts: Save eNPS drafts, just like Pulse surveys, for finalization later.
- Enhanced UI: Detailed views for recurring pulses show instance numbers and summary views
