Before you set up the point conversion rates, ensure that all your users are mapped to their respective countries
Here are the steps to set up the point conversion rates:
- Log in to your EngageWith Dashboard using Slack.
- Navigate to Configuration.
- Click on Manage rewards for countries.
- Set up the point conversion rates for each type of point.
- Enable redemption.
- Click Save.
