The "Mark Important" feature allows administrators (company or team admins) to prioritize messages within your workspace, ensuring crucial information doesn't go unnoticed. Marked messages are designated as high priority, assisting users in quickly identifying and accessing critical information.

How to use?

Accessing Shortcut Prompts:
  1. As an admin, navigate to the shortcut prompts in your message shortcuts menu.
  2. Click on More message shortcuts.

Selecting "Mark Important":
  1. Search for the shortcut Mark Important.
  2. Click on Mark Important to mark the message as important.

Marking a message as a Non-Admin:
  1. If a non-admin attempts to mark the message as important, a modal will appear, explaining that only admins can perform this action.
