SpringVerify connects directly with your company's HR or recruitment system to run background verification for you — automatically, with minimal back-and-forth.
SpringVerify is already connected with a wide range of HR and recruitment platforms in use today — so this works seamlessly no matter which system your company relies on.
How It Works, In Short
No manual paperwork. No duplicate data entry. Verification starts the moment your details are ready.
Automatic — your details and documents are pulled straight from your company's HR system, in real time or on a regular schedule, depending on the system.
Smart — SpringVerify checks what's already complete, and only asks you for what's missing.
Effortless reporting — once verification is done, results — verification status, interim and final reports, and documents — flow straight back into your HR system, nothing to download or forward.

What an Integration Can Do
Each ATS/HRMS integration is configured per company, so the exact behaviour depends on its setup. A typical integration can:
Pick up candidates as soon as they are initiated in the company's HR/recruitment system, along with any details and documents already on file.
Validate that the required candidate data is present, then add the candidate in SpringVerify.
Start the verification based on the auto-submit setting. If auto-submit is on, it checks all documents and data required for the BGV: complete records are submitted automatically, otherwise the form is pre-filled and sent to the candidate. If auto-submit is off, the candidate is emailed a BGV form link.
Send results back to the HR/recruitment system: interim reports while verification is in progress (if configured), and the final report once it is complete.
Consent
Every verification needs the candidate's consent, covered in one of two ways set per company:
Consent letter — a signed consent document per candidate, either pulled from the HR system or collected when the candidate completes the form.
Undertaking letter — the company gives SpringVerify a single company-wide undertaking, so no per-candidate consent document is needed.
If consent is required and not provided, the checks are still created but the candidate stays at Consent missing until it arrives.
Beyond the Standard Flow
The flowchart above covers the most common flow. Beyond it, SpringVerify can:
Accommodate customisations to fit a company's own hiring and verification process, and build custom modules and solutions that address problems and friction points related to, but not limited to, the hiring process
Integrate with in-house HRMS/ATS systems, not only the standard platforms
Provide other onboarding solutions alongside background verification, such as DigiYatra-style attendance systems and simpler, digitised versions of long onboarding forms and processes.
