How to add a candidate on SpringVerify?

Adding a candidate on SpringVerify is quite easy. Follow these simple steps, and you will be done in no time!

Here are the steps to add your Candidate to SpringVerify:

Step 1: Visit https://in.springverify.com/ and click on Sign In.

Step 2: Enter your credentials to Sign in.

Step 3: You will first see the SpringVerify Dashboard after successfully signing in. Click on "Add Candidate".

Step 4: Enter all the necessary details of the candidate. Name, Phone Number, Gender, and Resume are mandatory fields. Then select whether you will upload a consent letter from the candidate or if you’d like for us to take responsibility for that. (In case you want us to take consent from the candidate digitally, please share their email address with us).

Step 5: If you entered the candidate’s email address, an email would be sent to the candidate for their consent. You can manually add the signed consent form if the candidate's email address is unavailable.

Step 6:  You can either invite the candidate to fill out the background verification form, or you can do it on their behalf.

Step 8: Select a relevant verification package for your candidate.

After entering all the basic details of the candidate, the next step is to choose the right verification package and checks that you need us to run for the candidate.

"Category" and "Tag" are for internal documentation purposes and can be used by the HR of the organization.

Verification packages are to inform the SpringVerify Ops team about the checks that need to be carried out for a candidate.

Note
  • Address Verification needs to be selected if you wish to opt for Court Record Verification.

  • Education Verification needs to be selected if you wish to select Employment Verification and vice versa.

  • If your verification packages do not include the specific check you want to include for a candidate, you can “Add-On” that check at an additional charge.

Step 9: Candidate fills up the Background Verification form (BGV form)

If you invite the candidate to fill out the background verification form, a link will be sent via email, allowing them to enter their details.

If you choose to do it yourself, it will redirect you to a new window where you can upload details and documents of the candidate. After you have successfully added a candidate you will be able to see the below pop-up message.

Congratulations! You have successfully added the candidate.
