How to approve additional charges from the portal?

How to approve additional charges from the portal?

Some institutes/companies may request an additional verification fee. In such cases, the charges requested get raised on the portal itself, and you have the freedom to APPROVE/ REJECT the additional charge.

Here are the steps on how you can do that: 
  1. Click on “Approve charges” on dashboard
  2. Click on “Approve/ Reject” against the candidate's name
Please note: If the charge is Rejected on the portal, The verification for the given check will be discontinued.

If you Prefer to Approve the charges, you will need to have sufficient credit balance in your wallet to approve it:
  1. Click on "Alphabet" on the top right
  2. Click on "Transaction"
  3. Click on "Add Credits"
  4. Select the amount and click on Continue (Please Note that the amount should be equal or greater than the amount you need to approve)
  5. Review the order and click on "Proceed to Checkout"
  6. After sufficient credits have been added to the wallet.
  7. Follow the below steps to Approve the charge:
    1. Click on "Approve Charges" On the top
    2. Click on "Approve" against the candidate's name
