How to ask a question to Albus ?

Introduction:

There are multiple ways and different places where you can ask questions to Albus
1. In Slack Channel

2. Albus DM.

3. Albus Web



1. In Slack Channel


We can ask questions to Albus on any of the public or private channels by simply tagging Albus (@Albus)

type down your question. Albus will prompt answer the question from wiki or AI.

Note: To question Albus within a Slack channel, you need to add Albus to the channel. 

Here are the steps to ask questions to Albus in a Slack channel:

  • Open the Slack channel where you prefer to ask a question to Albus.

  • Type in your question by tagging Albus. 

    • Example phrase: @Albus, list out the movie genres.

  • Albus will now responds to your question in a thread.

2. Albus DM

For queries you prefer to keep private or when there are multiple people in the group, you can direct message, Albus.

  • Navigate to the app section, go to messages

  • Tag Albus, type your question, and Albus will provide the answer.



Using Shortcuts To Generate Wiki Answer:


We can also use shortcuts for Albus to answer from the company wiki


  • Click on the “three dots”.

  • Select More Message Shortcuts

  • Select “Generate Wiki Answer”

  • Albus will answer from the wiki data.





3. Albus Web


  • Another option is to visit the Albus web interface on Albus Springworks. 

  • Simply navigate to the interface and ask your question to receive prompt assistance from Albus.
