How to cancel your Subscription with Trivia?

You can cancel whenever you want. But, your cancellation will come into effect only after the end of your ongoing term.

To cancel the subscription with Trivia, follow these steps:

1. 07-day Free Trial:

After your trial, you will be automatically placed on our free forever Basic plan. No need to cancel anything because it is a Free Forever plan and won't charge you anything 

If you don't want it, You can remove the app from Slack.


2. Basic Plan:

  1. Open the Dashboard
  2. Click on I use Trivia on Slack


  1. Select a Slack account or workspace.
  2. Click on Accept and Continue.

  1. Now, you will get redirected to the Trivia dashboard ( ref. to the image below)
  2. Click on the Billing on the left side panel
  3. Since it is a free forever plan, you won't find a cancel button for this.
  4. Here you will get the options to upgrade your subscription plan as shown below

3. Standard & Pro Plan:
  1. Open the Dashboard
  2. Click on I use Trivia on Slack


  1. Select a Slack account or workspace.
  2. Click on Accept and Continue.

  1. Now, you will get redirected to the Trivia dashboard ( ref. to the image below)
  2. Click on Billing on the left side panel.
  3. Click on the Manage Plan on the right side of the screen.


  1. You will get redirected to the billing page. Where you will see all the billing information.
  2. Here you can also update your subscription plan at any point in time.
  3. Now, Click on the cancel button as shown below
  1. Click on the Cancel plan.
  1. You have successfully canceled your subscription with Trivia.

  1. If you change your mind, you can Renew your subscription by clicking on Renew plan.
4. Enterprise Plan:

All Enterprise plan subscribers can contact our dedicated support team. In case you wish to cancel your subscription.
