How to delete a Candidate in Awaiting Input status?
Steps:
You can edit the details or delete the candidate from the portal itself and the unit will be sent back to the package (refunded)
- Click on “Candidates”
- Click on “Name of the candidate”
- Click on “3 dots” against the name of the candidate
- Click on “Edit details”
- Click on “Delete”

Please note: You will be able to edit the details/ delete the candidate only if the status is AWAITING INPUT.
In case of statuses other than AWAITING INPUT: Please drop an email to cs@springverify.com requesting to stop/close the BGV (Background Verification) of the In-Progress check (Note: The cost of the unit In-Progress will not be refunded).
