How to Enable/Disable Approvals for Recognition on EngageWith for Slack?

Recognition can be sent upon approval using EngageWith.
Here are the steps to set up an approval: 
  1. Sign in to your EngageWith Dashboard using your Slack account.
  2. Click on Configurations under Rewards
  3. You will get to see the option to Configure Recognitions.

  1. Under Kudos & Shoutout, you'll find a checkbox labeled Approval Required.
    1. When you tick the box, every recognition sent within the workspace will require approval.
    2. Uncheck the box to disable approvals for recognitions.

  1. You're all set to enable/disable approved recognitions! 🎉
Note:
  • Once the checkbox is unchecked/disabled, the recognitions will get sent without EngageWith Manager's approval. 
  • Once the check box of Approval is ON, the appreciations require Approval from the EngageWith Manager of the recognizer.
