Here are the steps on How to set up an approval: 

1. Sign in to your EngageWith Dashboard by using your Slack. 
2. Click on the Settings.
3. Now, you will get to see the option to Configure Recognitions.
1. Under the Kudos & Shoutout, you'll get to see the check box of Approval Required.
1. Once you tick the box, every recognition that gets sent inside the workspace will require Approval.
   
2. Uncheck to disable the Approvals for the Recognition. 
4. You are all set in Enabling/Disabling the Approved Recognition. 🎉
   

Note: Once the check box is unchecked/disabled, the recognitions will get sent without EngageWith Manager's approval.
