How to extract the data of all the candidates added to the portal in an excel sheet?
Here are the steps on how you can extract the candidate data:
- Click on “Alphabet” on the top right
- Click on “Export cases”
- You can choose/ customize the timeline and click on “Export Cases”
- This file will include:
- Candidate Name
- Emp ID
- Primary Phone
- Primary Email
- Date of HR Submission
- Date of Form Submission
- Overall Status
- Total number of checks & Number of checks completed
