How to generate an API key on SpringVerify portal?

From your main menu, go to the Security Settings page and select the API tab

This page is used to integrate with our APIs.


In order to use the SV-IN’s external APIs, you will have to pass the JWT token for authentication.

You can generate this token from this dashboard.

You have the option to generate a never-ending token or a short-lived token.

If generating a short-lived token, they need to mention the expiry duration of the token in seconds. The minimum value for this is 600s and the maximum is 86400s.

There is an option to edit the token name, copy the token, and delete token.

A tooltip shows for the action icons to show what each icon is for.

Only the user with Admin access will be able to see this page.

Wherever we show the details of who added the candidate, instead of the CA name we will be showing “API(Token Name)”.
