How to Manage Trivia Licenses on MS Teams?

To manage Trivia Licenses please follow the steps from the below instructions:
  1. Go to Trivia Dashboard
  2. Then click on Billing on the left pane
  3. If licenses are already assigned, then you can get to see how many Licenses have been assigned and how many licenses are left.
Then under the Teammates field you can see the Total Number of Licenses


Assign Licenses
  1. Under Teammates you have the drop-down filters to select All Teams / Search for teammates
  2. You can see all the employees' names, email addresses, and license status
Select the names that you want to assign a license


  1. Select the user and Assign License

  1. You have successfully assigned all licenses to your teammates
Buy Licenses / Add Licenses
  1. If you want to buy licenses or add more licenses.
  2. Click on Buy Licenses.
  1. You will get a pop-up that says Manage License
  2. Assume you already have 10 licenses assigned and you want to add 2 more licenses.
  3. Add the number of licenses you wanted.
    1. Note: The price of licenses differs based on the plan you choose:
      1. Standard Plan: $1/license/month or$9.60/license/year
      2. Pro Plan: $2/license/month or $19.20/license/year


  1. It might take up to 30 minutes to process your request. 

  1. Then you can see the Total number of Licenses as 12

Remove Licenses
  1. Click on Manage Licenses.

  1. Click on Remove.
  1. Enter the Number of Licenses that you prefer to remove and Confirm.

  1. You have successfully removed the licenses.
