How to Read & Interpret a Candidate Report on SpringVerify?
Know how to access, read, and interpret a candidate verification report on SpringVerify.
1. Login to your SpringVerify Account

2. Navigate to Candidates tab
3. Click on the relevant candidate's name
4. The detailed page will open, click View Report

What you can see
Executive Summary
Executive Summary has been added to the first page of all candidate reports. This provides a quick, at-a-glance overview of all background checks without needing to scroll through the entire report. Check names and page numbers are clickable, allowing direct navigation to that section.
What are the different color codes for Statuses
Each page will have details of the particular check.
Downloading as PDF
You can click on the Download button (top right) to download the report as PDF.
