The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is an effective way to measure employee satisfaction and loyalty. Here’s how to set it up on the EngageWith web platform:
Log in to Your EngageWith Account:
Access the EngageWith web platform and sign in using your credentials.
Navigate to eNPS:
Go to the Engagement section and select eNPS.
Click Setup eNPS:
Start the setup process by clicking the Setup eNPS button.
Customize Survey Questions:
The two primary questions required for calculating eNPS will already be included:
“How likely are you to recommend [Organization Name] as a great place to work?” (Rating scale: 0-10)
“What is the primary reason for your score?” (Open-ended question)
You can add additional questions, but note that they won’t be included in the eNPS calculation.
Select Participants:
Choose who will receive the survey:
Specific individuals, teams, departments, or the entire organization.
Set the Launch Date and Time:
Schedule when the eNPS survey will be sent out.
Enable Notifications:
Ensure participants are notified via email when the survey is live.
Launch the eNPS Survey:
Once the setup is complete, click Launch Survey to deploy it.
Participants Receive the Survey:
Employees will receive an email notification prompting them to complete the eNPS survey. They can log in to their EngageWith account to respond.
Track Responses:
Admins can view the participation rate and monitor responses in real time through the dashboard.
Analyze Results:
Once the survey is complete, the dashboard will display your organization’s eNPS score along with detailed insights into employee feedback.
