Updating your Birthday and Work Anniversary enables EngageWith to post in your celebrations channel on Slack, ensuring that all your colleagues can recognize and celebrate your special occasions. Additionally, you may receive the celebration gift that has been set up by your EngageWith Admin.

🪜Steps to edit your Birthday and Work Anniversary details:

Self-update:
Here are the steps to update your Work Anniversary: 
  1. Open the EngageWith on your Slack.
  2. Click on Messages.
  3. Enter the command /engagewith me.
  4. Send the command.

  1. From the message, click on Edit Profile. 
  2. Enter your dates and Save.

Admin-update:
  1. Open the EngageWith Dashboard.
  2. Sign in to your EngageWith Dashboard using your Slack credentials.
  3. Click on "Organization."
  4. Under "Users," search for the user.
  5. Click on the user's name.

  • Fill in the details and click "Save."
