How to Use Clickable Navigation in Downloaded Candidate Reports
Overview
We've made it much easier to navigate through downloaded Candidate Verification Reports (PDFs). You can now click on any section in the summary to jump directly to that check, and use the "Go back to summary" link to return to the first page from anywhere in the report.
How to Access the Report
1. Click to Jump to Any Section
On the first page of the PDF (the Verification Summary), you can now click on any check to jump directly to that section. For example, if you want to see the details of an Identity check or Employment verification, simply click on it in the summary.
The Check Name and Page No. columns are now clickable links (shown with arrows below):

2. Quick Return to Summary
Why This Matters
Previously, if you downloaded a long verification report with many checks, you had to scroll manually to find specific sections. This was especially frustrating for reports with 10 or more verification checks. Now, navigation works just like it does when viewing reports in the portal- simply click where you want to go.
