How to view and download reports for candidates on the dashboard?
Company Admins can now download candidate reports directly from the Candidate List page. This makes it easier to access verification data across candidates based on time period, status, and access permissions. You can download individual reports as well as bulk reports, saving significant time when you need reports for a large number of candidates.
Note
Candidate data is exported strictly based on your access permissions.
To view and Download Candidate Reports
Log in to the Company Admin Portal
Navigate to the Candidates Page
Users can now download bulk reports directly from the candidate listing page using checkboxes
For single candidates: select via checkbox → Export Reports button → PDF downloads
No need to open/view the report first
You can filter reports using the following options:
Filter by Time Period (Select One)
- Status- Download reports for various status like awaiting input, completed, On hold, In Progress
- Category - Filter by categorues
- Tags - Filter by tags
- Date Added - Last 7 days, 30 days, 60 days or a custom date
Completed Date- Last 7 days, 30 days, 60 days or a custom date
Accessing Your Export History
The Exports button on the Candidate Listing page gives you quick access to all your past exports. Here you can:
View all exports you've created
See the status of each export
Review which filters were used
Download files (available for 14 days after creation)
Access old exports from the previous workflow
This is useful if you need to re-access candidate reports without creating a new export.
