ID Verifications

What is ID Verification?

ID Verification (Identity Verification) is the process of confirming that a candidate is who they claim to be by validating their government-issued identity documents. It is a foundational check often required before running other verifications such as Employment, Education, or Court checks.

Why should you conduct ID Verification?

  • Confirm the candidate's identity before onboarding
  • Protect your organisation from misidentified or impersonated candidates
  • Essential for positions involving sensitive data, finances, healthcare, or external consultants
  • Satisfies compliance and regulatory requirements for many industries
