Insufficiency and FAQs

What is Insufficiency?

Insufficiency is a status which denotes that the document/details provided by you is not sufficient for the source to verify any given check. The color of the Insufficiency status is Orange.

  1. If an Insufficiency is detected in any of your documents then you will receive an email from us with the subject line similar to: Insufficiencies of ( Your Name ) ( Your Company's name ).
  2. Once you receive an Insufficiency email, your next course of action should be reviewing the email and attaching the document/clarification in the same Inusfficiency email thread.
  3. Once you share the document our team will check the document and process it further if the document submitted by you is sufficient.

Social Media CheckSocial Media links of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The profiles need to be made public.
Drugs TestUrine samples of the candidate to be collected through a phlebotomist either at the candidate's residence or at the collection camps.

Some general FAQs around Insufficiencies:

1. I do not have any of the above mentioned documents for the address verification. What should I do now?

Answer - Create an affidavit in the stamp paper citing your stay at the address and share it with us or share any recent utility bill in your or your family member's name.

2. How can we share our documents?

Answer - You will have to share your documents in the insufficiency email that you receive from us. Note - The conversation is highly confidential and is thoroughly protected.

3. I don't have any employment documents, what should I do?

Answer - Ideally, you should reach out to your ex-employer and get the document as it is extremely important to have the supporting documents.
