Integrating SpringVerify with Keka

Overview:

SpringVerify has refined its integration with Keka, providing your organization with an even more streamlined approach to managing employee background verifications. This enhanced integration further optimizes and automates the verification process within the Keka platform.

Section A: Steps to Integrate Keka with SpringVerify:

Step 1: Locate the Keka card and click on “Connect” to open it.


Step 2: Click on “Connect” and then select “Continue”.



Step 3:  Enter your Keka subdomain and API Key, then click "Connect."



Step 4:  A confirmation message will appear, stating “Keka Integration added successfully.”



Step 5: Select the packages relevant to your organization, then click “Save” to finalize SpringVerify as your background verification partner.


Step 6. A confirmation message will appear, stating “Package Mapping Successful.”



Section B:  Steps to install SpringVerify BGV App 


Step 1: Navigate to Apps ➡️ Background Verification ➡️ SpringVerify BGV [New].


Step 2:  Click on “Install”.






Section C: How to Generate Keka API Access Token


Step 1:. Navigate to Settings ➡️ Integrations and Automation ➡️ API Access

Step 2: Click on “Create New Key”.




Step 3: Once the API key is generated, copy it, select COREHR privileges, and then click on “Save.”

Section D: Initiating the Background Verification Process for Employees


Step 1: From the left navigation menu, click on Org.

Step 2: Navigate to Onboarding.

Step 3: Select Background Verification.

Step 4: Click on Start New Verification to initiate the background verification process for employees.


Step 5: In the disclaimer pop-up, click on Confirm and Proceed. You will then need to select the employees for whom you wish to initiate the background verification (BGV) process.




Step 6: In the first tab, click on "Select Employees" to add employees to the verification process.






Step 7: From the drop-down menu, select the vendor SpringVerify and choose the appropriate package, then click Next.



Step 8: Review the details and click Initiate BG Check.


Step 9: Once the background verification is initiated, you can track the status by navigating to Org ➡️ Onboarding ➡️ Background Verification.


Step 10: After SpringVerify completes the background verification, you can access the report by clicking on the Review button next to the employee's entry.
