Integrating SpringVerify with Keka ATS

SpringVerify's ATS integration with Keka streamlines background verification for your pre-boarding candidates. When you initiate BGV for candidates in Keka's recruitment module, their details are automatically sent to SpringVerify for verification, and completed reports are delivered back to Keka so hiring managers can review them before onboarding.

Steps to Integrate Keka ATS with SpringVerify Locate the Keka ATS and proceed to open it by clicking “Connect”.



2. Enter your Keka subdomain, API Key, then Click on “Connect”





3. The user will receive a successful toast message “Keka Integration added successfully”



4. Now, select the packages applicable to your organization and click on 'Save' to integrate SpringVerify as your background verification partner


5. The user will receive a toast message  "Package Mapping Successful."



 Install the SpringVerify BGV App

1. 1. Navigate to Apps ➡️ Background Verification ➡️ SpringVerify BGV [New]


 2:  Click Install. 




Generate Your Keka API Access Token

How to generate Keka API Access Token

1. Navigate to settings ➡️ Integrations and Automation ➡️ API Access

2. Click on “Create New Key”.



Step 3: 3. Enter the name of the key, select COREHR Privileges, and then click on “Save”.




NotesFor information on COREHR privileges within the Keka portal or details regarding subscription charges or any additional fees, please contact your Keka Account Manager.

4. Copy the API key once it's generated.



Start a Background Verification (BGV) for a Candidate

Step 1: From the left navigation menu, click on "Org".

Step 2: Navigate to "Onboarding".

Step 3: Select "Background Verification".

Step 4: Click on "Start New Verification" to initiate the background verification process for employees.





Step 5: Once you click on "Confirm and Proceed," you will have to select employees for whom you wish to initiate BGV.



Step 6:Now, click on "Select Preboarding Candidates" to add employees to the verification process.









Step 7: Select the vendor "SpringVerify" and choose the package, then click "Next".




Step 8: Review the details and click “Initiate BG check”




Step 9: Once the background verification is initiated, you can track the status of the BGV from Org > Onboarding > Background Verification.

Step 9: After SpringVerify completes the background verification, you can find the report by clicking on the review button next to the employee entry.
