Overview
SpringVerify AI BGV is now available on the Keka marketplace, allowing seamless Background Verification (BGV) initiation without API creation. This integration is designed to streamline the process of fetching and validating employee documents. This integration ensures that the BGV cache is partially populated with available data from Keka documents, allowing users to verify and complete any missing mandatory details before submission

Section A: Steps to Integrate Keka Marketplace with SpringVerify:
Step 1: Locate the Keka Marketplace card and click on “Connect” to open it.
2. In the Keka Marketplace integration card, click the ‘Connect’ button. If already logged into Keka, a success message will appear; otherwise, you will be redirected to the Keka login page.
Section B: Steps to install SpringVerify AI drive BGV App on Keka
Step 1: Navigate to Apps ➡️ Background Verification ➡️ SpringVerify (AI drived BGV).
Step 2: Click on “Install”
Step 3: Click ‘Allow’ to grant the necessary permissions for BGV integration.
After installing the app, if the user is not logged in to the SpringVerify (SV) portal, they will be redirected to the SV login page.
If the user is already logged into the SV portal, they will not be asked to log in again. After a successful connection, the user will see the message: "Keka account is connected, added successfully.
Section D: Initiating the Background Verification Process for Employees
Step 1: From the left navigation menu, click on Org.
Step 2: Navigate to Onboarding.
Step 3: Select Background Verification.
Step 4: Click on Start New Verification to initiate the background verification process for employees.
Step 5: In the disclaimer pop-up, click on Confirm and Proceed. You will then need to select the employees for whom you wish to initiate the background verification (BGV) process.
Step 7: From the drop-down menu, select the vendor SpringVerify (AI drived BGV)
Step 9: Once the background verification is initiated, you can track the status by navigating to Org ➡️ Onboarding ➡️ Background Verification.
Step 10: After SpringVerify completes the background verification, you can access the report by clicking on the Review button next to the employee's entry.
If documents for a candidate are available on Keka, the Springverify system fetches the details and partially pre-fills the BGV form for the candidate.
