Integrating SpringVerify with RazorpayX Payroll
Overview
SpringVerify now offers seamless integration with RazorpayX Payroll, allowing your organization to manage employee verifications efficiently. This integration streamlines and automates the background verification process directly within the RazorpayX Payroll platform.
Section A: Steps to install SpringVerify BGV App
Step 1: On the RazorpayX Payroll dashboard, navigate to Integration ➡️ SpringVerify.
Section B: How to generate RazopayX API Access Token
Step 1: After clicking on “Connect Now”, you’ll be directed to the page titled Connect RazorpayX Payroll with SpringVerify 🚀.
Section C: Steps to Integrate RazorpayX Payroll with SpringVerify:
1. Click https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations
2. Click Connect
3. After clicking on the “Connect” button on the RazorpayX Payroll card, you’ll land on the RazorpayX payroll integration page.
4. On the RazorpayX integration page, enter the API key you generated from the RazorpayX Payroll interface [as shown in Step 3 of Section B].
Section D: Initiate the background verification process for employees
Step 1: On the payroll home page, navigate to People ➡️ Add one
Step 2: After clicking on “Add One”, you’ll be directed to the employee onboarding page.
Enter all the employee details and click on “Continue”.
Section E: Setting up SpringVerify Dashboard by Customer Success Manager (CSM)
Step 1: After successfully enabling the SpringVerify app from RazorpayX Payroll and adding a new employee as described in the previous sections, our Customer Success Manager (CSM) will request certain preferences from your organization to proceed with the package configuration. These preferences may include:
Employee types to be considered for BGV (Employee/Contractor)
List of departments and designations to be considered for BGV
These preferences can also be provided to our CSM during the onboarding process before completing the integration.
Step 2: Based on your provided preferences, our CSM will set up a dashboard for your organization, and employee data for BGV will be automatically pulled from RazorpayX Payroll using APIs. If needed, you can request to pull employee data from a specific past date.
