Integration of SpringVerify with AlexisHR

Overview:

SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with AlexisHR, enabling clients to use the API key and API base URL from the AlexisHR platform. This integration facilitates a streamlined and automated approach to conducting the background verification processes within the AlexisHR environment.

Note: Data will be fetched from AlexisHR within 10 minutes to initiate background verification.


Steps to Generate API Keys for Your AlexisHR Account:


  1. Navigate to https://app.alexishr.com/access-tokens.

  2. Enter the name, and description, and set the type to ‘All’.

  3. Click on ‘Save’.

  4. Copy the generated API access token.

Steps to Integrate AlexisHR with SpringVerify IN:


  1. Visit the SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations. Here, clients can view all available integrations along with the steps required for each.

  1. Locate the AlexisHR card and proceed to open it.

4a. If the company has one subtype:

  • Enter AlexisHR Access Token and click on ‘Connect’.



  • The user will receive the message ‘Successfully connected’.



4b. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.


To deactivate the AlexisHR integration: 


Click on the ‘Disconnect’ button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
