Integration of SpringVerify with BambooHR ATS

Overview:

SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with BambooHR ATS, allowing clients to generate BambooHR API keys from the BambooHR platform. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the BambooHR environment. Please note: Data will be fetched from BambooHR every 6 hours to initiate background verification.

Steps to generate an API key on BambooHR:

1. Navigate to the BambooHR URL, log in to your account, click on the profile icon at the top right, and select the "API Keys" option.


2. When the ‘API Keys’ page opens up, click on the "Add New Key" button.

3. Now, enter the desired name for the API key and click on "Generate Key." Once the API key is successfully generated, copy it for integration with SpringVerify India.


Steps to Integrate BambooHR with SpringVerify IN:

  1. Click - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations

  2. Locate the BambooHR ATS card and click on ‘Connect’ to proceed.

4. When the user clicks on "Continue," a modal will appear where the user must enter the API key and subdomain. 

5. The user will receive a message confirming successful integration and can then configure the package settings.



6. The user must select the Trigger Stage from the dropdown menu to determine the background verification (BGV) initiation stage and configure the package according to job designations.
Notes
Note: A single package can be assigned to multiple job designations. We can do custom integration based on the country filter, but for that user has to connect with the CS team to configure settings.




7. Click on 'Save' and the user will receive a notification confirming successful package mapping.



To deactivate the BambooHR integration:

Click on the "Disconnect" button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
