Integration of SpringVerify with BambooHR

Overview:

SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with BambooHR, allowing clients to generate BambooHR API keys from the BambooHR platform. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the BambooHR environment.

Please Note: Data will be fetched from BambooHR every 6 hours to initiate background verification.

Steps to generate an API key on BambooHR:


  1. Navigate to the BambooHR URL, log in to your account, click on the profile icon at the top right, and select the "API Keys" option.


  1. When the API Keys page opens up, click on the "Add New Key" button.




  1. Now, enter the desired name for the API key and click on "Generate Key." After the API Key is successfully generated, copy it to integrate with SpringVerify India.



Steps to Integrate BambooHR with SpringVerify IN:


  1. Go to SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations, where clients can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.

  1. Locate BambooHR card and proceed to open it.



  1. BambooHR’s integration:




  2. When the user clicks on “Connect”:

  1. If the user is an admin

  2. If the user is not a BambooHR admin

  3. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned


  1. If the user is an admin:

The user enters BambooHR's SubDomain and BambooHR's API key.




  1. If the user is not a BambooHR admin, they can send authorization link to the admin.



  1. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, modal pops up.


To deactivate the BambooHR integration:


Click on the "Remove Connection" button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
