Overview

SpringVerify IN now integrates seamlessly with BambooHR, allowing clients to generate API keys directly from BambooHR and connect with SpringVerify.

This integration automates and streamlines the Background Verification (BGV) process within the BambooHR environment.

⚡ Note: Data from BambooHR is fetched every 6 hours to initiate background verification.

Step 1: Generate an API Key in BambooHR

  1. Log in to your BambooHR account.
  2. Click on your Profile Icon (top right corner) → select API Keys.
  3. On the API Keys page, click Add New Key.
  4. Enter a name for the key → click Generate Key.
  5. Copy the generated API Key to use in the SpringVerify portal.

Step 2: Integrate BambooHR with SpringVerify IN

  1. Go to the SpringVerify IN Integrations page: https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations
  2. Locate and open the BambooHR card.
  3. Click Connect and follow the flow:
  4. If you are a BambooHR Admin - Enter your BambooHR Subdomain and API Key.
  5. If you are not a BambooHR Admin: You can generate an authorization link to send to your admin for setup.

  1. If your company has multiple subtypes assigned: A modal popup will appear to guide you through subtype selection

Step 3: Deactivate BambooHR Integration (if needed)

To remove the integration at any time:

Go to the BambooHR Integration card in SpringVerify.

Click Remove Connection.

The integration will be successfully deactivated.
