SpringVerify Factorial Integration: Connect Background Verification

Integration of SpringVerify with Factorial

Overview:


SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with Factorial, enabling clients to utilize the API key and API base URL from the Factorial platform. This integration facilitates a streamlined and automated approach to conducting background verification processes within the Factorial environment.


Note: Data will be fetched from Factorial within 10 minutes to initiate the background verification process.

Steps to Integrate Factorial with SpringVerify IN:


  1. Visit the SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations. Here, clients can view all available integrations along with the steps required for each.

  1. Locate the Factorial card and proceed to open it.



  1. Factorial Integration

4a. If the company has one subtype:

  • Connect using OAuth 2.0 and click on ‘Connect’.


  • The user will receive the message ‘Successfully connected’.

4b. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.


To deactivate the Factorial integration: 

Click on the ‘Disconnect’ button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
