Integration of SpringVerify with Freshteam

Overview:
  1. SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with Freshteam, which allows clients to generate Freshteam API keys from the platform. This integration enables users to streamline and automate background verification processes within the Freshteam environment.
  2. Note: We fetch data from Freshteams every 6 hours and initiate Background Verification.
Here are the steps to integrate:
Step-1:
Generate an API key on Freshteam:
  • Navigate to the Freshteam URL, sign into your account, and click the profile icon on the right.
  • Select "API Key."

  • The API Key is displayed under the “Your API Key” section.
  • Copy the API Key.

SVIN Integration: On this page (https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations), you can see all available integrations and the required steps for each.
  1. Find the Freshteams card and click on "Connect."

  1. When the user clicks on connect: 
    1. If the user is an Admin, they should enter the Freshteams SubDomain and Freshteams API key.
    2. If the user is not a Freshteams admin, they can send an authorization link to the admin.
    3. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.

How to Deactivate Freshteam Integration?
When the user clicks on the "Remove Connection" button: Freshteam integration is deactivated successfully.
