SpringVerify integrates with greytHR Recruit to streamline and automate the background verification (BGV) process. Recruiters can initiate, manage, and track candidate verifications directly from the greytHR platform — without switching tools.

Step 1. Log in to the greytHR portal using your administrator credentials.
Step 2. Navigate to the Unite Marketplace from the left navigation menu.
Step 3. Search for and open the SpringVerify application card.
Step 4. Click Enable on the SpringVerify application page.
Step 5. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then click Accept & Proceed.
Step 6. The SpringVerify portal will initialize within greytHR, completing the setup.
Step 1. Once a candidate accepts the offer letter, their status changes to Offer Accepted. Navigate to the candidate profile.
Note: The Background Verification option is available only after the candidate has accepted the offer.
Step 2. Click Background Verification from the candidate profile.
Step 3. A pre-filled form will appear with the candidate details — Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.
Step 4. Select SpringVerify as the verification vendor from the dropdown.
Note: If no BGV vendor is enabled, clicking Background Verification will redirect you to the Unite Marketplace to enable a supported vendor.
Step 5. Choose the appropriate BGV package / form from the available options.
Step 6. (Optional) Check Send Candidate Documents to Vendor to automatically share available documents with SpringVerify.
Note: If this option is not selected, SpringVerify will collect documents directly from the candidate.
Step 7. Click Initiate BGV to start the verification process.
After initiation, the verification status is automatically synchronized from SpringVerify to greytHR in real time. You can view the current status directly from the candidate profile under the Background Verification section.
