Integration of SpringVerify with HiBob
Overview:
SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with HiBob, allowing clients to use HiBob credentials to initiate Integration with SpringVerify. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the HiBob environment.
Note: Data will be fetched from HiBob every 6 hours to initiate background verification.

Steps to Integrate HiBob with SpringVerify
Login and click on your avatar in the upper-right corner. Then, select "API Access" from the menu.
Select the approved scopes and then copy the token.
Steps to Integrate HiBob with SpringVerify IN:
Go to SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations, where clients can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.
Locate the HiBob card and proceed to open it.
HiBob’s integration:
When the user clicks on “Connect”:
If the user is an admin, they should enter HiBob's API Key.
If the user is not a HiBob admin, they can send authorization link to the admin.
If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, modal pops up.
To deactivate the HiBob integration:
Click on the "Remove Connection" button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
