Integration of SpringVerify with HR Cloud

Overview:
SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with HR Cloud, allowing clients to use Customer Key and Customer Secret from the HR Cloud platform. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the HR Cloud environment.
Note: Data will be fetched from HR Cloud within 10 minutes to initiate background verification.
Steps to generate a Customer key and Customer Secret on HR Cloud:
  1. Go to system settings.


  1. Under ‘General’, choose ‘Service Accounts’.


  1. Click on the ‘+’ sign to add a new one.


  1. Add a title and activate the account status.


  1. The necessary information will appear under the ‘KEY’ and ‘SECRET’ columns.

Steps to Integrate HR Cloud with SpringVerify IN:
  1. Go to SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations, where clients can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.
  1. Locate the HR Cloud card and proceed to open it.

  1. HR Cloud Integration 
4a. If the company has one subtype:
  1. Enter HR Cloud’s Customer Key and Customer Secret, then click on the ‘Connect’ button.

  1. The user will receive the message ‘Successfully connected’.

If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.

To deactivate the HR Cloud integration: 
  1. Click on the ‘Remove Connection’ button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
