Integration of SpringVerify with HROne
Overview:
SpringVerify has developed an integration with HROne, allowing clients to generate tokens from SpringVerify to enable seamless integration with HROne. This integration simplifies the background verification (BGV) process within the HROne platform.
Steps to Generate the SpringVerify API Token:
Navigate to the SpringVerify Integration page using the following link: https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations.
Locate the HROne card and click on Connect to proceed.
On the HROne Integration page, click on Generate Token.
A token will be generated. Use this token in HROne to integrate SpringVerify successfully.
Deactivating the HROne Integration
To deactivate the integration, click on the Disconnect button. The integration will be successfully deactivated.
Steps to Integrate SpringVerify on HROne
From the Home screen in HROne, click on the Settings icon. Navigate to Integrations and select BGV Verification.
Choose SpringVerify from the options, enter your API token, and click Get Packages.
Select the packages you want to make available for BGV requests and click Update at the bottom right.
You have now successfully integrated SpringVerify in HROne!
Steps to Initiate BGV for a candidate in HROne
Click on the HR Desk icon in the left menu bar and select Upcoming Join.
A list of candidates will appear. Locate the candidate for whom you want to initiate the BGV, click on the three dots, and select Initiate BGV.
In the modal that appears, select SpringVerify and click Initiate.
Choose the package you want to assign to the candidate and click Initiate BGV again.
That’s it! The BGV process for the candidate is now underway.
