Integration of SpringVerify with Namely
Overview:
- SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with Namely, allowing clients to generate Namely Personal Access Tokens from the Namely platform. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the Namely environment.
- Note: Data will be fetched from Namely every 6 hours to initiate background verification.
Steps to generate an API key on Namely:
- Log in to Namely as an admin for your organization
- Navigate to API settings by clicking the Profile dropdown and selecting API.
- Click on ‘Personal Access Tokens
- Create a personal access token by entering a name and clicking Create
- Copy the token you generated.
Steps to Integrate Namely with SpringVerify IN:
- Locate Namely card and proceed to open it.
- When the user clicks on Connect:
- If the user is an admin, they should enter the Namely Personal Access token key.
- If the user is not an admin, they can send authorization link to the admin.
- If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, modal pops up.
- If the user is an admin, they should enter the Namely Personal Access token key.
- If the user is not a Namely admin, they can send authorization link to the admin.
- If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, modal pops up.
To deactivate the Namely integration:
- Click on the "Remove Connection" button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
