SpringVerify Oracle Cloud HCM Integration | Setup & Configuration Guide

Integration of SpringVerify with Oracle Cloud HCM (Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management)

Overview:
  1. SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with Oracle Cloud HCM, allowing clients to use Oracle Cloud HCM username and password to initiate Integration with SpringVerify. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the Oracle Cloud HCM environment.
  2. Note: Data will be fetched from Oracle Cloud HCM every 6 hours to initiate background verification.
Steps to Integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with SpringVerify:
  1. Enter your Oracle HCM Server Url
  2. Enter your Oracle HCM Username
  3. Enter your Oracle HCM Password
Steps to Integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with SpringVerify IN:
  1. Go to the SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations
  2. You can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.
  1. Locate the Oracle Cloud HCM card and proceed to open it.
  1. Oracle Cloud HCM’s integration:
  1. When the user clicks on Connect:
  2. If the user is an admin, they should enter Oracle Cloud HCM's credentials.


  1. If the user is not an Oracle Cloud HCM admin, they can send an authorization link to the admin.
  1. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.
To deactivate the Oracle Cloud HCM integration:
  • Click on the Remove Connection, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
