Integration of SpringVerify with Recruitee

Overview:
  • This guide provides step-by-step instructions for integrating SpringVerify with Recruitee, allowing you to perform background checks on candidates within the Recruitee platform. 
Prerequisites:
Integration Steps:

  • Locate the Recruitee Integration card 
  • Click on Connect
  • Generate the API key from the given hyperlink.
    • Copy the link and click on it
    • Click on New Token
    • Paste the hyperlink
    • Click on Save
  • In the Recruitee dashboard, retrieve the Company ID and token.


  • Enter the API Token and the Company ID.
  • Click on Connect.


  • Copy the generated token on SV.
  • Go back to the Recruitee Integrations section.
  • Locate "SpringVerify India" and click on "Integrate now".


  • Accept the integration and proceed.

  • Paste the token copied from the SpringVerify portal into the appropriate field in Recruitee.
  • Click on "Integrate" to finalize the integration.

  • Select the roles within Recruitee that should have access to this integration.
  • Click on "Save" to save the integration settings.
  • Once the integration is saved, you can start using the background check feature.


On Clicking Save. Integration between SpringVerify and Recruitee is enabled
Head over to any candidate profile to start the background check Click on Request background check button at the bottom or Click on more on the right top corner and then select request background check option.


Requesting a Background Check

  1. Open a candidate's profile within Recruitee.
  2. At the bottom of the candidate's profile, click on the "Request background check" button.
    1. OR
      1. Click on the "More" option in the top right corner and select "Request SpringVerify India background check" from the dropdown menu.

  • Choose the appropriate background check package to assign to the candidate.

  • Click on "Send" to initiate the background check request.

Checking Background Check Status

  • If there are no errors, the background check will get initiated, and a "Pending BGV" icon will appear at the top of the candidate's profile.

  • Once the background check is complete, the candidate's profile will be updated, indicating that the background check is completed.

  • To access the background check status and report URL, scroll to the bottom of the candidate's profile.
  • The background check status and the report URL will be displayed for reference.

By following the above steps, you can successfully integrate SpringVerify with Recruitee and perform background checks on candidates within the Recruitee platform.
