Integration of SpringVerify with SAP SuccessFactors

Overview:
  1. SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, allowing clients to use SAP SuccessFactors credentials to initiate Integration with SpringVerify. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
  2. Note: Data will be fetched from SAP SuccessFactors every 6 hours to initiate background verification.
Steps to Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SpringVerify:
  1. Enter your SuccessFactors API Server Url
  2. Enter your SuccessFactors Username
  3. Enter your SuccessFactors Company ID
  4. Enter your SuccessFactors API Key
  5. Enter your SuccessFactors Private Key
Steps to Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SpringVerify IN:
  1. Go to the SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations
  2. You can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.
  1. Locate the SAP SuccessFactors card and proceed to open it.
SAP SuccessFactors’s integration:

  1. When the user clicks on Connect:
  2. If the user is an admin, they should enter SAP SuccessFactors credentials.
  1. If the user is not an SAP SuccessFactors admin, they can send an authorization link to the admin.
  1. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.
To deactivate the SAP SuccessFactors integration:
  1. Click on the Remove Connection, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
