Integration of SpringVerify with Workable

Overview:
SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with Workable, allowing clients to use API access tokens and Account Subdomain from the Workable platform. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the Workable environment.
Note: Data will be fetched from Workable within 10 minutes to initiate background verification.
Steps to generate an API access token for your Workable account.
  1. Open the drop-down menu on the top right of your screen and select ‘Integrations’ or click here.


  1. Now click on the ‘Generate new token’ button:


  1. Once clicked, you’ll see the new access token being generated:


Steps to get an account subdomain for your Workable account
  1. You can find it on the company profile settings page.


Steps to Integrate Workable with SpringVerify IN:
  1. Go to SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations, where clients can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.

  1. Locate the Workable card and proceed to open it.
Workable Integration
If the company has one subtype:
  1. Enter the Workable Access token and Workable Subdomain, then click on 'Connect'.

  1. The user will receive the message ‘Successfully connected.’

  1. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.

To deactivate the Workable integration: 
  1. Click on the "Remove Connection" button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
