Overview

SpringVerify IN now integrates with Workday, allowing clients to seamlessly initiate background verification (BGV) using their existing Workday credentials.

This integration helps HR teams:

  1. Automate and streamline background verification within the Workday environment.
  1. Reduce manual effort and ensure faster, more accurate checks.

InfoNote: Data is automatically fetched from Workday every 6 hours to trigger background verification.

Steps to Integrate Workday with SpringVerify IN
  1. Navigate to the SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL: https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations
  2. Click Connect



If you are a Workday Admin, enter your credentials and enter these details

  1. Workday URL
  2. Workday Integration System Username
  3. Workday Tenant Name
  4. Workday REST Client ID
  5. Workday REST Client Secret
  6. Workday REST Refresh Token



If you are not a Workday Admin, send the authorization link to your admin to complete the setup.

Deactivating the Integration

  • To disconnect Workday from SpringVerify, click Remove Connection.

  • The integration will be immediately deactivated.
