Integration of SpringVerify with Workday

Overview:

  • SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with Workday, enabling clients to use their Workday credentials to initiate integration with SpringVerify. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the Workday environment.
  • Note: Data will be fetched from Workday every 6 hours to initiate background verification.
Steps to Integrate Workday with SpringVerify:
  1. Provide your Workday URL.
  2. Input your Workday Integration System User name.
  3. Enter your Workday Tenant Name.
  4. Fill in your Workday REST Client ID.
  5. Provide your Workday REST Client Secret.
  6. Input your Workday REST Refresh Token.

Steps to Integrate Workday with SpringVerify IN:

  1. Go to the SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations
  2. You can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.

  1. Locate the Workday card and proceed to open it.
Workday’s integration:
  • When the user clicks on Connect:
  • If the user is an admin, they should enter Workday's credentials.

  1. If the user is not a Workday admin, they can send an authorization link to the admin.

  1. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.

To deactivate the Workday integration:

  • Click on the "Remove Connection" button, and the integration will be successfully deactivated.
