Integration of SpringVerify with Zenefits

Overview:
  • SpringVerify IN has developed integrations with Zenefits, enabling clients to utilize their Zenefits API key from the Zenefits platform to initiate integration with SpringVerify. This integration streamlines and automates background verification processes within the Zenefits environment.
  • Note: Data will be fetched from Zenefits every 6 hours to initiate background verification.
Steps to Integrate Zenefits with SpringVerify:
  1. Open the company profile under Admin Apps.
  1. Click on Custom Integrations
  • Navigate to “Rest API Access” and then click on "Add Token."
  1. Copy and Paste the API Token into SpringVerify Portal Integrations Section
To reveal the API Token, click on the eye icon
Steps to Integrate Zenefits with SpringVerify IN:
  1. Go to the SpringVerify IN integration page by navigating to the following URL - https://portal.in.springverify.com/integrations
  2. You can view all available integrations along with their required steps for each.
  1. Locate the Zenefits card and proceed to open it.
  1. Zenefits’s integration:
  • When the user clicks on Connect:
    • If the user is an admin, they should enter Zenefits's API key.


  1. If the user is not a Zenefits admin, they can send an authorization link to the admin.
  1. If the company has multiple subtypes assigned, a modal pops up.
To deactivate the Zenefits integration:
  1. Click on the Remove Connection button, and the integration will get successfully deactivated.
